Limited Refund Policy
We aren't monsters. If you accidentally purchased Iconweuse in the retail equivalent of a "butt dial" we don't want to keep your money. So learn about the conditions and timing for getting a refund.
Policy details
The Developers at fenilto.com (the "Developers") and the company, individual, entity, or organization who has purchased or is presently purchasing a Iconweuse Pro license (the "License") through the Web Store at iconweuse.com (Customer, together with Developers, the "Parties") agree:
- The License is subject to certain terms and conditions contained in a separate document titled Iconweuse Pro License. The Parties intend that this Limited Refund Policy (this "Policy") supplement, but not replace the terms of such document. In the event this document and the Iconweuse Pro License are in conflict, the Iconweuse Pro License shall control.
- Customer's purchase of the License shall be strictly non-refundable, except pursuant to the terms of this Policy.
- If Customer requests a refund of its purchase of the License within thirty (30) days of such purchase, and so long as Customer has not utilized the License to download any Pro/Pro+ icons, as identified in our product and on our website (any "Pro/Pro+ Icon"), then Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the fee paid for the License.
- After thirty (30) days following the purchase of the License, or following Customer's first download of a Pro/Pro+ Icon, Customer's purchase of the License shall be final and strictly non-refundable.
- This Policy is given for the same consideration as, and as part of the same transaction with, the License. Either Party's continued performance, including but not limited to Customer's use of our services, website, platform, and tools, shall constitute such Party's consent to and intent to be bound by this Policy.
